In order to validate your Skrill account, you may send a screenshot from the Settings section > Personal Details, or from the App or an Internet browser.
The screenshot should include your complete personal details: full name, address, mobile phone number, and email.
To capture all these details, you can:
- take the screenshot using a computer or laptop, or
- you'll take the screenshot with your mobile phone using the Chrome browser -> the "Desktop site" option (the URL of the page should be included in the capture).
The "Desktop site" option on your mobile phone can only be activated after you have logged in to the official Skrill page in your browser.
