Verifying my Neteller account

In order to validate your Neteller account, you may send a screenshot from the Settings section > Account > Personal Information, either from the App or an Internet browser.
The screenshot should include your complete personal details: address, mobile phone number and email address.
To capture all these details, you can:
  • take the screenshot using a computer or laptop, or 
  • you can take the screenshot from your mobile phone using the Chrome browser -> the "Desktop site" option (the URL of the page should be included in the capture).

The "Desktop site" option on your mobile phone can only be activated after you have logged in to the official Neteller page in your browser.
