For the Paysafecard validation, you may send a screenshot from the Settings section that includes your complete personal details: full name, date of birth, email, address, mobile phone number and customer number.
Important! In order for the document to be accepted by our Verification department, the account must initially be validated with Paysafe.

To capture all these details, you can:
- take the screenshot using a computer or laptop, or
- you can take the screenshot from your mobile phone using the Chrome browser -> the "Desktop site" option (the URL of the page will be included in the capture).
The "Desktop site" option on your mobile phone can only be activated after you have logged in to the official Paysafecard page (not the application).
Here is how you can take the screenshot with all the details in one capture if you're using an Android device:
- once logged in to your Paysafe account, before taking the screenshot, click on the 3 vertical dots at the top right of the browser;
- find and activate the "Desktop site" option; in this way, the menu and your details will be displayed in the same format as on PC/Laptop.
How do you take the screenshot with all the details in one capture, if you're using an iOS device?
1. If you are using the Google Chrome browser, follow the next steps:
- once logged in to your Paysafe account, before taking the screenshot, click on the 3 horizontal dots at the bottom right of the browser;
- find and activate the "Request Desktop site" option; like this, the menu and your details will be displayed in the same format as on P.C./Laptop.
2. If you are using the Safari Browser, you will have to use the option ”Show Reader”, as in the below image:
