If you are withdrawing funds via AirCash for the first time, you need to validate the AirCash card previously used for the deposit.
Physical AirCash cards do not display the cardholder's name, so a screenshot from the app is required for validation.
Step 1: Open the AirCash app, then tap on AIRCASH MASTERCARD.
Step 2: Select the desired card.
Step 3: Take a screenshot of the selected card page, making sure the name is clearly visible.
To upload your documents, please log in to My Account → Profile → Verification Process.
Make sure the uploaded document is clear, complete, and legible for easy verification.
