Email Address Change

If you no longer have access to your email address, please follow these guidelines, depending on the case:

If you have access to MY ACCOUNT, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Profile → Personal Details.

2. Add the new e-mail address.

3. You will receive a validation code on the phone number registered to the account, which you will enter on the page.

4. At the final step, you need to enter the code received at the new email address, on the page.

If you don’t have access to MY ACCOUNT, follow the steps below:

  • Get in touch through one of our communication channels, available on the footer of this page
  • Then, follow the steps provided by the agent assisting you
