History of communications with the customer relations department

1. Request by e-mail
   • You can send an e-mail request to [e-mail]. This request will then be forwarded to the department responsible for personal data management. It is recommended that the request includes the following information to facilitate the process:
     • Full Name;
     • Email address associated with the Betano account;
     • Relevant details related to the request for access to communication history.
2. Request through your Betano account
   • Another option is to access your personal Betano account and follow the steps below:
     • Logging into the user account;
     • Navigate to the Setări de confidențialitate - Accesul la datele cu caracter personal procesate;
     • Submit a request for access to processed personal data addressed to the DPO (Data Protection Officer).
