When you will request a withdrawal for the first time via OktoWallet, you will have to verify the account used upon deposit.
In order to verify your OktoWallet account, please follow the steps below and the account will be validated in no time.
1. Download the OktoWallet app and log in.
2. In the upper left side of the main page, click on the Profile icon.
3. Screenshot the personal data contained in the Profile section.
The screenshot/photo can be sent directly through your Betano account, from Profile > Verification Process.
Please note, when submitting this specific type of document, you must use the category Other Documents / Additional Document.
