When using a prepaid card to deposit, the equivalent withdrawal method is withdrawal by bank transfer. The documentation requested from you in order to verify your withdrawal may be but is not limited to a picture of the card, and a recent bank statement of yours.
You can submit this information by going to My Account > Profile > Verification Process. You can use the option Other document to upload the relevant documentation.
