To validate your bank account, you must send either a photo of the first page of your bank statement or a screenshot from the App/Internet Banking service, which must include the following essential details for the bank transfer:
- IBAN number of your bank account.
- Bank logo/logo, which must be clearly visible.
- Your full name as account holder.
Our team will promptly review the document to validate the bank account for withdrawal. You can upload the necessary files from My Account > Profile > Verification process.
