When submitting a withdrawal request, you may be asked to verify your payment method by submitting a document. For each payment method, here are the respective documents for verification.
Please note that photo ID may be requested at any time along with the verification of any withdrawal methods listed below.
Credit/Debit Card
In order to verify your credit/debit card, the documents that may be requested from you are:
- Picture of your credit/debit card/
- Picture of your card statement
- Bank statement
Bank transfer
In order to verify the method of payment by bank transfer, the following documents may be required
- Bank statement
You can submit the requested documents via the Verification Process tab, which can be accessed by going to My Account > Profile > Verification Process.
When submitting the picture of the requested document, please ensure that the details are clearly legible and in good lighting. Photocopies of photo ID are NOT accepted.
In certain cases, other documents may be requested from you in order to verify information in accordance with term 2.3 in the general Terms & Conditions
