A certificate of registration or residence permit issued in Romania (mandatory), together with one of the following:

Foreign passport
The "Residence Permit for Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection" is also accepted. This document may be used as proof of registration in Romania.
The document must contain the following clearly visible information:

Personal numeric code (or equivalent identifier)

Issuing authority

Color image, original (not a black-and-white scan or photocopy)
Please ensure that your documents are clearly photographed, with all four corners visible, to meet our verification standards.
To upload your documents, log in to My Account, navigate to Profile, and select the Verification Process.
