Self Exclusion

You may, at your discretion, choose to restrict your access to your account and/or exclude yourself from Sportsbook and/or Casino on our site, temporarily or permanently.

To restrict your access to Sportsbook and/or Casino, you need to visit the Player protection > Self-Exclusion section in your account, or email our Customer Service team, at

If you choose to restrict your account, directly from Profile > Player Protection, you can choose:

  • self-exclusion (for various periods of time: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently).

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately.

If you wish to reduce the self-exclusion timeframe and/or apply self-exclusion to fewer products already selected, then this request will be available after the previously initiated self-exclusion period has expired.

Any temporary self-exclusion (1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months) can be extended as you wish, by following the same steps within the Profile section- Player Protection.
