Self Exclusion

You may, at your discretion, choose to restrict your access to your account and/or exclude yourself from Sportsbook and/or Casino on our site, temporarily or permanently.

To restrict your access to the Sportsbook and/or Casino, visit the Player Protection → Self-Exclusion section in your account or email our Customer Service team at romania@betano.com.

If you choose to restrict your account, directly from Player Protection → Self-Exclusion, you can choose self-exclusion for various periods - 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, or permanently.

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately.

If you wish to reduce the self-exclusion timeframe and/or apply self-exclusion to fewer products already selected, then this request will be available after the previously initiated self-exclusion period has expired.

Any temporary self-exclusion (6 months, 12 months, 24 months) can be extended as you wish, by following the same steps within the Player Protection → Self-Exclusion section.
