2. Account Verification
To maintain the security of your account, our customer support team will verify your identity before applying any personal data updates.
3. Provide Correct Information
During your interaction with our customer support team, make sure you provide your correct legal name and exact date of birth. This information will be used to follow the procedure to update your account details. Additional documents may be requested for the data update procedure.
4. Double-Check Other Account Information
While you are addressing the situation with your name or date of birth, take the opportunity to review and confirm other account details such as email address, phone number or password. By making sure all details are correct, you will enhance the security and usability of your account.
5. Submit Documentation (if required)
If an additional identification document is requested, follow these steps to upload the requested documents.
Go to My Account > Profile > Verification process. Upload the document under Other Documents->Additional Document (selected from the drop-down menu)
If you do not have this option, you will need to contact us.
Once uploaded, the document will be reviewed by the relevant department for accuracy and changes will be made to the game account. If further information or action is required from you, we will get back to you by email.
