1. Open the Withdrawal section of My Account then select the Betano Cash option.
2. Choose the desired amount and generate the payment code by pressing the Withdraw button.
3. Soon, you will receive an email containing the order code (meaning the barcode and the payment code). The maximum processing time for the withdrawal and receipt of the email is 1 hour.
4. Find the nearest payment station in your locality and give the payment code to the merchant at your location to withdraw cash.
5. Your online account balance will be updated instantly.
Important
* There is no need to check an additional document to withdraw winnings through Betano Cash, as long as your account is already validated.
** Please note that you can only request a withdrawal via Betano Cash if you have recently deposited via the same method and the profits are generated from this specific transaction.
*** Withdrawals requested via this method are automatically canceled after 24 hours if the code is not used and manual cancellation is not possible.
