If our customers have unique betting preferences or ideas, they can use the form provided, to propose new markets and odds. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:
Login to your Betano account: Access your Betano account using your login details.
Go to the Contact section and then to the Request a bet on the website, or in the Betano app. Here you can submit requests for new markets and custom odds.
Select the sport category: Choose the specific event for which you want to make a request for a new market or custom odds.
Use the "Bet Builder" option for football and basketball: If you want to combine different markets from the same football or basketball match into one bet, you can use the "Bet Builder" function. Go to the desired event page and click the "Bet Builder" button to get started.
Submit request: Fill in the necessary information in the "Request a bet" form, including details about the new market or the custom odds you want to propose.
Submit your application before the event starts: Make sure you submit your application at least 1 hour before the event you are interested in.
Minimum account balance requirement: Please note that your Betano account balance must be at least 5 RON in order to submit a bet request. Once you have submitted your request, our team will review it and assess the feasibility of adding the new market or offering custom odds. If approved, this could improve the betting experience for other customers as well.
